Wedding Day Trends Now Include Wedding Sparklers
Though nothing should be giving off as much light as the bride on her wedding day, a new contender for biggest wedding day trend is the wedding sparkler. Available in different lengths and burn times, there are many options available to fit into each wedding and make it unique. The trend is to use the shimmering wand to send off the newlyweds in a glittery, illuminated shower.
The use of wedding sparklers was one of the biggest trends in weddings in 2013, and is expected to see just as much use through summer of 2014. And though the sparkler exit seems to have immense popularity among modern brides, other trends have grown in popularity right along side of it. We take a look at some of the other trends growing in popularity intended to bring special, personalized touches to one’s most important ceremony. A blending of various colors of sand, meant to represent a blending of separate families and lives into a new and more colorful one, has been incorporated into the wedding ceremony itself for a growing number of couples. This has proven especially popular among couples who are incorporating children from previous relationships and exhibits the two families becoming one. More and more couples are including the use of a signature platter rather than a guest book at the entrance to the reception. Personalized with names and date of marriage, guests sign the platter with a special pen, providing a special memento that is sure to last for years. Other trends that seem to not be going anywhere for a while include matching tattoos, DIY wedding decor and fun and unusual photographs. Brides and sometimes grooms themselves seem to always be finding new and unique ways to start their lives together, and at Say Anything Design we want to be there for each of them as they find new ways to express their love, and their personality, on their most important day.
