Following the step-by-step guide will take you through the process.  The first step is to choose the shape and size of the ceramic piece.  Then choose an image from the gallery.  Add a personal message, if desired, and then go to Check Out to complete the order process.  Your order will be sent through UPS within one week of receipt.   How long will it take to receive my order? Orders ship out approximately 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.  All orders are shipped by UPS.  Delivery time differs depending on location.  A slightly longer delivery time is required for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.  Express delivery is available for an additional charge.   Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.? Yes, but be aware that the shipping charges you will incur through our shopping cart will not include any additional charges that you may be assesed; such as taxes and duties.   What are your platters and vases made of ? All of our platters and vases are made out of bisque or ceramic. Bisque is pretty fragile, so you won't want to be putting it in the dishwasher or use it like regular dinnerware. But occasional use is just fine and your platter or vase will last a lifetime if taken care of. Also, unlike porcelain, bisque and ceramic are more of an ivory color.  We do not offer any platters or vases that are pure white.   Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation? An email confirmation will be sent within a few minutes after we receive your order.  You will also receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.   How will my order be shipped? All Shipments in the United States are sent UPS.  Orders outside the US are sent via United States Postal Service..     What is the pen used for ceramics for and how does it work? The pen is used for writing directly on the platter or bowl.  They contain a special ink that will become permanent after being heated in the oven for 35 minutes at 300 degrees.  Instructions for using the pen are included in your order.   If I lose the pen, can I use one of my own? No.  The pen contains special ink that becomes permanent when heated in the oven.  Ordinary ink pens and Sharpies will not give the same result.   Additional pens can be purchased separately.  We highly recommend that you purchase an extra pen in case of failure.   How many signatures will fit? That depends on the shape and size of the piece.   Our smaller sized platters will accommodate up to 100 signatures utilizing the perimeter and back of the piece.  Larger pieces can easily accommodate over 250 signatures using the same method.   What do I do when my piece arrives? Immediately open and inspect the item for any damage.    What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives? Contact us immediately.   Our ceramic pieces are fairly sturdy and are carefully packaged for protection.  However, if the piece is broken upon arrival, we will gladly offer you a replacement piece at nocharge or give you a full refund.  Contact us using our online form.   What do I do if the piece is broken at the wedding or party? Although our pieces are of good quality, they can still be broken if not handled carefully.  We understand that these things happen.  We obviously will not be able to replace any signatures or personalization you may have added to your piece but we would be happy to give you 50% discount on a replacement piece.  Please contact us by using our online form.   What if I'm interested in something I don't see on your website? Please contact us and let us know what you're looking for and we will find out if it's something we can do.  Please contact us if you have any questions on larger orders.   Are the pieces food-safe? Yes.  The pieces delivered to you have been glazed and fired just like traditional dinnerware.   To preserve the quality of the guest messages, we recommend the piece be hand washed and not cut with any sharp utensils.  Microwave use is not recommended.       Wedding Sparklers and Poppers   Sparklers and Wedding Poppers   Sparklers are a wonderful tradition.  This novelty, when properly used, can safely add light, charm and elegance to any celebration. Safety precautions and compliance with local laws must always be observed when using sparklers as they can be dangerous when used improperly. All manufacturer instructions and cautions should always be strictly followed.  Sparklers will emit showers of sparks, are flammable, and can burn even when not glowing. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to ship out for delivery.  These items are shipped by UPS ground only. Due to UPS regulations, expedited shipping (2nd day air, next day air, etc) is not available for wedding sparklers and poppers, nor is shipping available outside the US or to Hawaii or Alaska. However, if an order is lost or damaged in shipping, or if there was an error on our part, or you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will make and ship out another at no additional charge.    Semi-custom items (Signature Frames)  Signature frames may be returned for a full refund, less the shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge.
